I have not had the courage to go and look for myself. To have survived my own personal idiocy and this flood at the same time is a miracle. The damage is all around me, but it is not here.

No trucks or other transport will be able to get in until after Christmas. Peoples trees and gifts are gone along with everything else. Food and other necessities are having to be flown in, making costs very high. Donations are needed to be able to fly in Christmas. The entire country is suffering with the weather and fires, and we understand that your good will can only stretch so far, but please, please, help the kids of Carnarvon have a Christmas!
